South East

South East Queensland is in the midst of a once in a generation migration boom, in addition to the record $75bn infrastructure boom.

Home to 3.6 million people, South East Queensland has 12 local government areas that provide various lifestyle options, employment opportunities and diverse economies. With the spotlight being cast on the Queensland lifestyle over the past two years, it is little surprise South East Queensland houses three of Australia’s fastest growing councils in Ipswich, Logan and Moreton.

With record levels of interstate migration, strong job growth, increased levels of private and public spending ahead of the 2032 Brisbane Olympics, and a $75bn infrastructure pipeline, South East Queensland will pin itself as a robust investment opportunity.
