The Coomera Connector is a $2.12bn project dubbed the second M1. Once completed it will reduce travel times from northern suburbs to southern suburbs.

Plans show two 12-level hospital buildings, a seven-level clinic service block, two five-level car parks, a five-level facility centre and a seven-level clinical service building.

The link is a 54ha business park adjoining the Westfield Coomera Town Centre. This development will deliver significant job growth to the Coomera area.
